Great news for your situation! The UK ETA is valid for 2 years from the date it’s approved, or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. And yes, it covers multiple trips within that period, so you won’t need to reapply for each visit as long as it’s still valid. Each individual stay is limited to 6 months at a time though. So for your twice-a-year trips, one ETA should have you covered for a while. One thing to note: if you get a new passport before the 2 years are up, you’ll need a new ETA linked to the new passport.
