Just started my Thailand tourist visa application and it’s asking for an accommodation address for my entire stay. I’ve only booked the first few nights so far since I’m planning to figure out the rest as I go. Will this be an issue or can I put a rough itinerary and sort the details later?
Good question, and you’re definitely not alone in planning on the fly! For the Thai tourist visa application, they do ask for an accommodation address, but in practice most people just put the address of their first confirmed booking for the initial nights, which you already have. You don’t need every single night locked in. Just make sure the first address is real and confirmed. Immigration at the border can also ask about your plans, so having at least the first accommodation ready is a good idea. If you’re asked about the rest of your stay, a rough itinerary showing you have a plan is usually enough. Hope the trip comes together nicely!
